We are looking for a motivated field based Business Development Executive to join our team and help drive the growth and success of our organisation.
You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships through calls, face-to-face visits, referrals, and networking.
You will gather valuable market and competitor insights, promote the benefits of relevant schemes, and collaborate with internal teams on sales and awareness campaigns. Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs will be key to your success, as you play a crucial role in driving organisational growth and market expansion.
We are looking for someone with proven business development or sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while meeting targets.
Strong and practiced communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. You will be able to prioritise your workload effectively and use MS Office confidently to record and report. A great teamwork ethic is also essential.
