An opportunity has arisen for a Compliance Officer to join the HETAS and Woodsure family during an exciting period of continued growth. This role would suit someone with an existing compliance background or experience in administration, along with a passion for delivering customer service.

 

The ideal candidate will demonstrate clear and concise communication skills for effective liaison with a variety of stakeholders via email and telephone. You will be a team player with practised time management skills and an ability to prioritise workload, alongside a proactive and flexible work approach. IT skills, including MS Office and use of an internal database, are required.

 

Working in an energetic and cohesive team, your working day will involve the processing of inspection/audit reports and complaint questionnaires via email and telephone, along with associated administration duties.
